The 383rd Meeting Report (English Session)
The 383rd meeting of Shinjuku Bilingual Toastmasters Club was held at Tsunohazu
Regional Center, Room A.
The meeting was smoothly led by our Toastmaster of the Evening, TM KH, who created a
welcoming and supportive atmosphere throughout the session.
During the Prepared Speech session, TM I delivered a speech encouraging members to
visit and participate in meetings of other Toastmasters clubs. The speech highlighted the
benefits of experiencing different club cultures, learning from a variety of speakers, and
expanding opportunities for personal growth. It served as a valuable reminder that stepping
outside our home club can provide fresh perspectives, new ideas, and inspiration for our
Toastmasters journey.
The speech was evaluated by TM TY, who provided constructive feedback and thoughtful
suggestions to help the speaker further enhance the effectiveness of the presentation.
The Table Topics session, hosted by TM KH, gave participants an opportunity to practice
impromptu speaking. Members responded creatively to the topics and shared a variety of
interesting perspectives.
The General Evaluation session, led by TM SK, highlighted the strengths of the meeting
and offered useful suggestions for future improvement. Reports from the Grammarian,
Timer, and other supporting role holders also contributed to a productive learning
experience.

第383回例会報告（日本語セッション）
第383回例会は、角筈地域センター会議室Aにて開催されました。
準備スピーチでは、TM Mによるアイスブレークスピーチが行われました。これまでのさまざまな職
歴や人生経験が紹介され、それぞれの環境で感じたことや学んだことが率直に語られました。特
に、ご自身を「傍流の人」と冷静に分析する姿勢が印象的でした。華やかさを追い求めるのではな
く、自分自身を客観的に見つめながら歩んできた人生観には多くの共感が寄せられました。飾ら
ない言葉で語られた自己紹介は非常に心に響き、スピーカーの誠実さと人柄が伝わる素晴らしい
アイスブレークスピーチとなりました。
テーブルトピックスセッションでは、TM KSが興味深いお題を用意してくださいました。「悩みを克服
するためのコツ」「運動を続けるコツ」「AIと生身の人間のどちらと友達になりたいか」「AIにどのよう
なサポートをしてほしいか」といったテーマが出題され、参加者はそれぞれの経験や考えを交えな
がら即興スピーチを行いました。個性あふれる発表が続き、会場は終始活気に包まれていました
。
総合論評では、TM Kが例会全体を振り返り、良かった点や改善点について分かりやすくま
とめてくださいました。また、計時係、文法係、えーとカウンターなど各担当者からの報告も行われ
、参加者全員が多くの学びを得ることができました。
