スピーチタイトル: “Theまじめ”な私が学んだ、信頼とメンタリングの力
スピーチの内容の要約:
会社でグループメンタリングを推進しているTM KHが、ご自身の経験を交えながら、そのメリットについて紹介。他部署の人とのつながり（ネットワーキング）ができ、相互に学び合え、多様性を受け入れる柔軟性が養われるなど、グループメンタリングの魅力が伝わる非常に興味深い内容でした。また、安心して話せる場をつくるには「信頼」が欠かせないという点や、トーストマスターズでは全員がメンターであるという考え方にも触れられており、印象に残るスピーチでした。

Speech Title: Flaming sundae!
Summary of Speech:
A pastry chef discovered a type of cream that doesn't melt while developing a dessert using strawberries from a disaster-stricken area. Even in times of hardship, moments of discovery—like Archimedes' "Eureka!"—can occur. It was a meaningful speech that conveyed the message: when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

Question 1: What snack or drink do you often choose?
Respondent: TM ST
He explained what he usually eats at the company cafeteria. He mentioned that in everyday choices, he tends to pick similar dishes, but in special occasions, he prefers to choose something different.
Question 2: How would you feel if someone made decisions for you?
Respondent: TM YF
She answered that, basically, she wants to make decisions herself, but in situations where, as a mother, she has to make many decisions, it might be good if someone else makes decisions for her.

Evaluation for Speaker 1:
The evaluator specifically pointed out the strengths of the speech, such as starting with a question that engaged the audience, including an explanation of the "Eureka moment," and having an excellent conclusion. She also advised that there was room for improvement in the speech’s structure. Finally, she summarized her feedback clearly, making it easy to understand.

Evaluation of the Overall Meeting:
We had a large number of guests join us today, and as far as I can remember, it was the highest number we've ever had—which made me truly happy.
Although we faced some unexpected challenges today—such as the TMOE being unable to come to the venue and having to participate by phone without access to Zoom, and the Table Topics Master not being decided until just before the meeting—thanks to everyone’s flexibility and cooperation, we were able to finish the meeting on time. That was truly wonderful.
