• 全体の例会についての論評:素晴らしい日本語二本のスピーチさらにスピーチからインスパイアされたテーブルトピックス。英語スピーチは今回ありませんでしたがTMOEのＯさんによる特別企画「最優秀スピーチの解剖」で、トースマスターズ歴史上初の2020年オンライン・チャンピオン・スピーチを聴き一緒にどこが良いかを一緒に考えました！通常のプログラムに沿って進めることも大事ですが臨機応変に柔軟に対応するのもリーダーシップの学びになった例会でした

• Evaluation of the Overall Meeting:Two great Japanese speeches, plus table topics inspired by the speeches. There were no English speeches this time, but Mr. O as TMOE gave a special program, “Anatomy of a Best Speech,” in which we wached the speech of the 2020 online champion, the first in the history of Toastmasters, and together we discussed what was good about it! It is important to follow the regular program, but it is also important to be flexible and adaptable, and this meeting was a great learning experience for leadership!
