話者自身の経験に基づく、ストレスを軽減するために心の動きや行動様式を５段階に分けるという分析手法の紹介。自らの心を客観的に見ながら分析を行うことで軽減が可能になるというもの

スピーチの内容の要約:
自由という概念は漠然としておりその状態に達することは難しいが、業務に限って言えば、連携を保ち、他者への影響力増大、選択肢を多くもつことでその状態に達することが可能となるというもの

論評セッション:
論評者1:英語スピーチに対して、Oさんは ストレスを軽減するという話題につなげ、話す速度や声の調子について穏やかであったことや、うまくまとめて分析していることに成功していることを高く評価した。
論評者2: 日本語スピーチに対して Ｆ田さんは、自由という概念を、具体的な把握しやすいものにするために絞り込みながら落とし込みながら説明していったことを高く評価した。
総合論評:I村さんから 準備スピーチとその論評を別々に捉えるのではなく、意識的に組み合わせて把握することでそのスピーチの話題について深く知ることができるとのコメント。

From TMOE TY introduced “revamp” and explained that the meaning of this word is related to today’s session proceeded by newly selected leaders from this July.

Speaker 1: Speaker KS in English
Speech Title: a small tip
Summary of Speech:
Speaker told us the method of dividing five stages in one’s mind movement, to reduce stress, through looking into his/her mind objectively.
Speaker 2: Speaker MO in Japanese
Speech Title: Circle of Influence
Summary of Speech:
Speaker told us that concept of freedom is too difficult to define and accordingly, it is difficult to reach the status of freedom. But, so far as it goes one’s daily work, he/she can reach through continuing to collaborate with colleagues, having an influence on others and having many choices and options.
２．Table Topics Session:

Question 1: “Tell us your experience of your achievement when you were in a tough situation to spite of your hard task to solve out difficult task.”
Respondent YT told us his experience of this club’s management activity when there were few members in this club.
Question 2: “Tell us your experience of your disagreement with your boss’s order”
Respondent KH told us there were few cases in his daily office work but there were many cases in his home from his wife regarding throw-away garbage matters.
Question 3: “Tell us your experience of your opposition, pretending to obey it, against company’s policy”
Respondent IE told us her former boss’s activity in office and drinking style.
Question 4: “Tell us your experience of your changing current process from existing(former) process.”
Guest respondent told us that her changing job after graduating university.

３．Evaluation
Evaluation for Speaker 1: [Evaluation content for Speaker 1]
Evaluator MO thought highly of the speaker’s skills regarding her talking style such as moderate speed of talking and of her voice tone (which is connected to her speech topic) and moreover, her succession to make well-organized analysis.
Evaluation for Speaker 2: [Evaluation content for Speaker 2]
Evaluator FY thought highly of speaker’s structure of speech that he succeeded to narrow the concept of freedom (which is too wide to define) down to the topic of one’s working style, with explaining his own suggested idea and tips.
General Evaluation:
General evaluator IT memtioned that it is important to compare and connect what speaker said and what evaluator said in order to understand and recognize the contents of the speech.
