Sさんによる初TMOEの例会が開催されました。

Hさんによる今夜の言葉は”exquisite ”、"絶妙な"（日本語）TMOEのSさんがすぐに使用し、要所で皆さん使用されていて即興性が鍛えられました　英語の準備スピーチはお二人、1番目はKさん、タイトルにインパクトがあり、前回のフィードバックを生かして”S”のハンドジェスチャーをうまく活かしてしました、2番目は会長Sさんによる季節にピッタリなかぐや姫の話し、使用した音楽がストテリに花を添えていました　TTはSさんによる読書の秋をテーマにした内容、ゲストで参加いただいたArea DirectorのIさんもご参加いただきました　個人的にSさんの「人のタイプ別の説明に具体的な資料を加えるとよいという改善点」が印象に残りました　休憩中に英語の総合論評のIさんに論評者のお二人から質問があり、双方向での内容確認は大切ですね　日本語の準備スピーチは私Mによる「今夜の新宿」を復活、食レポに挑戦しました　TTはOさんによる”感動”がテーマ質問　回答者は全員”S”さんでした、アプリのSnowのお話しで笑いを誘ったSさんベストTTおめでとうございます　論評はHさん、短い時間の中で５つ+改善点1つをまとめてくださり見事にベスト論評を獲得！総合論評はゲストに来ていただいたArea DのIさんにお願いいたしました　1番難しいと言われる総合論評を解説も含めてファシリテートしてくださいました　お忙しいところ訪問ありがとうございました　　以上ベストスピーチを獲得したMでした

"Ms. S did her first TMOE.　The word of the night by Mr. H was ""exquisite"", which was immediately used by Ms. S of TMOE, and everyone used it at key points to train their improvisational skills. There were two prepared speeches in English.

The first one was Ms. K. Her title had a great impact and she made good use of the ""S"" hand gesture based on the feedback from the previous session. The second one was Mr. Y, our president, who talked about Kaguyahime, which was perfect for the season, and the music he used added  to the speech. I was personally impressed by Mr. S's suggestion to Mr. K's speech to explain the different types of people by adding concrete materials. During the break, the two evaluators asked Mr. I,GE, questions, and she answered them.  I gave a prepared speech in Japanese, in which I revived ""Shinjuku Tonight"" and tried food reporting. Congratulations to Mr. S for the best TT, who made us laugh with hes story about the app Snow! Mr. H won the best evaluator, summarizing five points and one point for improvement in a short time! Japanese evaluation session was given by Ms. I of Area Director, who came as a guest and facilitated the most difficult part of the meeting, Reported by Best Speaker M"
