スピーチタイトル: 新⼊社員時代の懐かしい思い出
スピーチの内容の要約:
新入社員時代に初めて獲得した契約の話を、時系列でのストーリー仕立でお話されていて、引き込まれるスピーチでした。関西弁を交えた表現により臨場感あふれる描写となっていた点も魅力的でした。

⾒⽅を変えて考え⽅を深める、⾼める。準備スピーチにも役⽴ちます。スピーチの内容の要約:
①見方を変える（主語と目的語をひっくり返す） ②似ているものの相違点を見つける ③異なるものの共通点を見つける という具体的なアイデアが示されており、次回のスピーチの準備に早速活かせるヒントが盛り沢山の大変勉強になるスピーチでした。

スピーカー1への論評:
気持ちの伝わってくるスピーチで、描写がリアルで、時系列でわかりやすかったという３つの良い点を挙げ、半ドンの日に仕事をするのは今の人の感覚からしたら少し違和感があるかもしれないので、その点についての説明があると面白いオチになったかもしれない、という具体的な提案も盛り込まれた素晴らしい論評でした。

スピーカー2への論評:
プロジェクトの目的にあっていた点、トピックの選定が良かった点、構成が素晴らしかった点を具体的な内容とともに示し、さらに最後に思いついて付け加えたA Iの部分はもう少しブラッシュアップしたらさらに面白くなりそうであると次につながる提案も盛り込まれた充実した内容の論評でした。

二人の論評者の論評について具体的な内容に言及した論評者論評を行いました。どちらも良い点を３つと改善点を１つあげていた点、プロジェクトと照らし合わせた論評であった点を良い点として述べました。そして、笑いを盛り込んだ点や「オチ」に関する言及により、論評をさらに深めるような素晴らしい論評者論評でした。

Speech Title: Own the Frame: How to deal with rejection
Summary of Speech:
It was a very helpful speech. Using an example from a job interview, the speaker explained how to handle difficult questions or comments that feel negative. Instead of arguing directly, the speaker showed that it is better to first show understanding and then respond in a calm and smart way.
Speaker 2: MK
Speech Title: Lost and found
Summary of Speech:
She delivered a challenging speech style where the audience chose two out of four themes, and she had to speak about them on the spot and make everyone laugh. She shared funny stories—like drinking all night with a friend she wasn’t close to at first, and being the captain of her brass band. Even though it was improvised, her speech was full of great content and very entertaining.

He said he is training for a full marathon and wants to challenge himself to run it in 3 hours and 30 minutes after overcoming his illness.Question 2: What is your best memory of this year?

He shared a heartwarming story about doing exercises in a small park, where a child nearby cheered for him. It made him very happy.

Evaluator 1: TM YS
Evaluation for Speaker 1:
His evaluation was excellent. He covered points that matched the project well and focused on how to handle rejection, which was something the audience really wanted to hear. He also gave clear feedback about the speaker’s gestures, saying they were very effective. In addition, he mentioned that the conclusion came at around 6 minutes and 30 seconds, and suggested that reaching the conclusion a little earlier would make the speech even clearer.
Evaluator 2: TM WZ
Evaluation for Speaker 2:
Even though he had never worked on this type of project before, he delivered a very accurate evaluation. He praised the speaker for achieving the project goal of adding humor, and he also mentioned that her English was clear and easy to understand, which was another strong point of her speech. As areas for improvement, he noted that the speaker seemed a little nervous and suggested using a smile in such moments. He also advised that preparing four themes in advance makes it less like a real impromptu speech, so trying a fully impromptu version next time could be a good challenge. His evaluation was encouraging and helped boost the speaker’s motivation.

Evaluation of evaluators:
She gave a clear and detailed evaluation of the two evaluators. She mentioned that both of them pointed out several good points as well as areas for improvement, and that their evaluations were well aligned with the project objectives.Evaluation of the Overall Meeting:
It was the first time I had ever heard such an outstanding General Evaluation. I was truly moved, because I had never seen anyone give such thoughtful and detailed feedback to every single role in the meeting. She clearly pointed out what each person did well, and even expressed appreciation for those who took on heavy roles and for the people who supported them. It was a very special General Evaluation that made everyone’s hard work feel recognized and appreciated.
